Welcome Desk

 

A Welcome Desk has been set up at the Melbourne Airport to welcome new international students to Melbourne and to assist students as much as possible. 

Some of the staff are able to speak languages other than English. Feel free to approach the Welcome Desk, meet friendly volunteer staff and collect a free kit.

At the Welcome Desk you will be given a free Welcome Kit containing information about Melbourne and Victoria.

Where to find the Welcome Desk: 

Where: International Arrivals Hall, Terminal 2, Melbourne Airport (near the Meeting Point)
When: 9th - 29th July 2014
Open: 7am to 3pm and 6pm to 11.00pm

The staff at the Welcome Desk will be able to:
  • Provide information on temporary accommodation options 
  • Help you locate transport from the airport to Melbourne city centre and to education institutions 
  • Answer any questions you may have when you arrive.
